With summertime finally upon us, our favorite mid-summer festivals are on their way.  The excitement for festivals has been building over the years, so we decided to take a look at which ones have grown the most.

Three day passes seem to be the way to go, with numbers for Lollapalooza, Pitchfork and the All Good Music Festival and Campout growing consistently year over year.  Since these festivals are still weeks away, we’re sure to see the 2012 totals fly past last year’s numbers.

Lollapalooza will have representatives from all 50 states present, 36% are locals from Illinois, and second in line is California and New York, both at 6%.  Also represented, 6 out of the 10 Canadian provinces.
